Still dreaming about these beauties 😍 Have you ever grilled artichokes? Game changer! They get such a nice smoky flavor. I steamed mine for about 30 mins, brushed with olive oil, sprinkled with salt and threw them on a hot grill for 5ish minutes.

Berry crisps are happening on repeat over here at the Schnitzer casa 🍓 I used @bakeritablog SUPER easy paleo cherry crisp recipe, but instead of cherries I used strawberries & blueberries 🤩 Also topped it with @nadamoo vanilla ice cream, because a crisp isn’t a crisp without ice cream melting all over it 🍨

happy hump day everybody 😎!! halfway through the week and i’m feeling great 🙌🏻. i started off my morning with a guided sound meditation at @anchormeditation for an early birthday celebration for my mama with all of her close friends 🙃. it was such an amazing class and such a treat to start my morning with. my mama and i then came home to make some brunch bowls, and they were off the charts delish 🤩. defiantly going to be on repeat ‘cause when i find something i love, i simply can’t get enough 🙊. have a wonderful evening 💛! • • brunch bowl deets 👉🏻 started making the base by sautéing organic broccolini, kale, and cherry tomatoes in olive oil and pink salt until tender. then, added in whisked @vitalfarms eggs and scrambled it all together. topped it off with a warm @sietefoods almond tortilla and fresh avo sprinkled with pink salt ✨.

Win host of the year this Memorial Day weekend. Tangy, sweet and crunchy, these #endive boats will score you major points. With a mixture of #oranges, walnuts, #almonds and blue cheese in every bite, they’re the perfect party food to hold your guests over till the burgers come out. Are you up to the challenge? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ingredients: 1. 2 oranges 2. Walnuts 3. Almonds 4. Blue cheese (any flavorful hard cheese will work) 5. Honey 6. Balsamic vinegar 7. Freshly squeezed orange juice 8. Black pepper Directions: Wash your endives and separate the leaves on a plate. Next wash your oranges and peel and de-pith them (save the peels for garnishing), cutting the flesh up into smaller pieces. Do the same cutting work with the blue cheese. Set aside. Take the almonds and walnuts and lightly roast them on a skillet on medium heat for a few minutes for a crunchy effect. (Be careful not to burn them.) Brush them off the skillet (you’ll need it for the next step) and set aside for later use. Now take the freshly squeezed orange juice, honey and balsamic vinegar and pour it onto the skillet. Do this over low to medium heat until the mixture thickens. Once that happens, add in the nuts and cover them with the sauce. Finally, fill up the endives with your blue cheese, oranges, and nut mixture, and sprinkle with black pepper to taste. Garnish with very thin strips of orange peels.
